CHOLESTECH TOTAL CHOLESTROL + GLUCOSE
The TC•GLU cassette measures both total cholesterol (TC; which is a measure of the total amount of cholesterol in the blood at any given time), and glucose (which is a measure of the sugar in the blood). TC values of less than 200mg/dL are desirable. Normal fasting GLU levels are below 100 mg/dL.
